Aim & content of the program

In 12 weeks you will learn the art of inner guidance:
how to consciously control your mind, body and energy so that you make choices from a place of peace, clarity and strength.
You learn to recognize your old patterns, let go of what no longer suits you, and create anew from flow, inspiration and autonomy.

Each week has a theme, a central question and a personal goal.

Phase 1 – Awareness & Grounding (Weeks 1–4)

From automatic living to conscious perception.
You learn to see what drives you, where you come from and how your script directs you.

Week 1 – Opening & Introduction: What is Mastery?

You start with a clear starting point: who am I, where do I stand, and what do I long for?
You will be introduced to the layers of Mastery — Mind, Body and Spirit — and learn how they work together.
Central question: Where am I now, and where do I want to go?
Goal: gain insight into your current balance, energy and direction.


Week 2 – Script Recognizing: What’s My Script?

You learn to understand how patterns arise in your Mind.
Which beliefs and automatic thoughts guide your choices?
You discover how your inner critic, perfectionism or fear of rejection colors your mind.
Central question: Which stories do I repeat about myself?
Goal: To become aware of one’s own thought process and how it influences emotions, behavior, and relationships.


Week 3 – Self-care, Balance & Health: Which knobs can I turn?

You make the first shift: you learn to take care of yourself on a mental, physical and emotional level.
Which routines, foods, rest, and boundaries support your energy?
You will learn to recognize and correct signs of imbalance.
Central question: How do I bring my system into balance?
Goal: Managing energy, rest and recovery through self-care and conscious behavior.


Week 4 – Timelines & Old Enemies: What is the common thread in my life?

You map out your life line and explore how experiences have shaped you.
You recognize old enemies—patterns, voices, beliefs—that once offered protection but now hinder.
Central question: What themes keep recurring in my life?
Goal: Gain insight into repetitive dynamics and let go of old burdens.


Phase 2 – Breakthrough & Expression (Weeks 5–8)

From insight to movement.
You will learn to break through blockages, release emotions and free up creative expression.

Week 5 – Patterns & Blockages: How do I block myself?

You discover where you sabotage or hold yourself back.
We explore the Drama Triangle and how you get stuck in relationships or situations.
Central question: What is still holding me back?
Goal: Recognizing obstructive patterns and practicing autonomous responses (I + You +).


Week 6 – Creativity & Expression: How do I free myself?

You learn to let go of what is stuck: perfectionism, fear of judgement, control.
By writing, moving, creating or playing you make room for new energy.
Central question: What wants to be expressed through me?
Goal: liberation of energy, connection with playfulness and inspiration.


Week 7 – Emotions & Intuition: What does my emotional intelligence say?

You deepen your connection with your feelings and learn to use emotions as signposts.
By reflecting on what your body and heart already know, you develop intuitive leadership.
Central question: What does my feeling tell me that my head doesn’t understand?
Goal: to increase emotional resilience and inner confidence.


Week 8 – Authenticity & Inner Loyalty: What are my core values?

You explore what you want to be true to — yourself, your values, and your truth.
You learn to let go of what you have continued to carry out of loyalty to others.
Central question: What is truly mine, and what do I carry from someone else?
Goal: a solid inner foundation for autonomous choices.


Phase 3 – Creation & Leadership (Weeks 9–12)

From awareness to action.
You will learn to provide direction, set boundaries, and unleash your potential.

Week 9 – Self-Confidence & Visibility: How do I protect myself?

You learn to be powerfully present without losing yourself.
Setting boundaries, receiving feedback and being visible from inner peace.
Central question: How do I stay in touch with others?
Goal: To strengthen autonomy and self-esteem in interaction.


Week 10 – Recognizing Potential: How do I experience Flow?

You learn to recognize where your natural strength lies.
When your energy flows, you know you are in alignment with your essence.
Central question: What are my talents, my qualities, my natural rhythm?
Goal: Increasing self-confidence and flow by using natural qualities.


Week 11 – Inspiration of the Free Mind: How does my inspiration work?

You will learn to work with intuition, synchronicity and inspiration.
Not from having to, but from receiving and creating.
Central question: What happens when I let my Mind move with my heart?
Goal: connecting creativity and conscious leadership.


Week 12 – Closing & Reflection: What’s next?

You look back, honor your process, and create a personal Mastery plan for the future.
You will learn how to continue working with the tools, insights and rhythms of these 12 weeks.
Central question: What do I want to continue, deepen and share?
Goal: Integrating consciousness, autonomy, and creation—your personal Mastery in action.
