Mastery Program – Leadership, Teams & Organizations
Leadership, Teams & Organizations
Leadership • Development • Strategy • Change
Some people see possibilities where others see limitations.
They sense that more potential is present — within themselves, their team, or their organization — but are looking for a way to consciously develop this and realize it sustainably.
The Mastery Professional Programme – Leadership, Teams & Organisations is designed for professionals, leaders, managers, coaches, HR professionals, consultants, and entrepreneurs who not only want to understand how development works, but also want to learn how to guide and manage it.
During this program, you learn not only to look at behavior.
You learn to understand the entire field — and consciously guide the desired development and change for ten months.
You will get to work concretely on your own possibilities and practice within:
The upper current
vision • strategy • structure • physical result
The undercurrent
culture • behavior • motivation • patterns • potential • awareness
For sustainable change arises at the tipping point from A to B,
if these worlds reinforce each other.
From observing to understanding. From understanding to intervening.
Developing teams and organizations requires more than knowledge of leadership, processes, or change management.
It requires the ability to see what is really happening .
In the upper current of vision, strategy, structure, and results, and in the undercurrent of behavior, communication, culture, patterns, and systemic dynamics.
Within the Mastery Professional Programme, you learn to analyze teams and organizations, recognize development potential, and, based on that diagnosis, determine what development actually requires.
Diagnose first.
Then intervene.
Throughout the program, you work with your own team, organization, or development question as a case study. In this way, your daily professional practice becomes a direct part of the learning process.
The House of Mastery Methodology
The House of Mastery Methodology connects psychology, organizational development, systemic dynamics, leadership, communication, consciousness, and strategy into one integrated approach to human, team, and organizational development.
Organizations are not static structures. They are living systems in which content, structure, culture, and human behavior constantly interact.
A change in strategy therefore often also requires a change in behavior.
A new structure requires different leadership.
Greater ownership requires not only responsibilities, but also autonomy, trust, professional communication, and a culture in which people can actually take responsibility.
You therefore learn to constantly look at the connection between:
- vision, strategy and result
- structure and organization
- leadership and guidance
- culture and communication
- behavior and underlying patterns
- potential and development
- ownership and execution power
Learning from three perspectives
Yourself as a professional
You develop awareness of your own leadership, communication, preferences, patterns, and influence within teams and organizations.
You learn to recognize what you bring into the system yourself and how your way of perceiving, guiding, and intervening influences the development of others.
The methodology
You develop an integrated theoretical and practical framework for organizational development, leadership, team development, professional culture, and change.
In doing so, you learn not to look at isolated interventions, but at the interplay between people, system, culture, strategy, and results.
Your team or organization
Throughout the program, you use your own team, organization, or development question as a practical environment.
You gather information, analyze patterns and development needs, and learn to translate these into targeted interventions in leadership, communication, collaboration, and development.
In this way, a continuous movement arises between observing, analyzing, understanding, intervening, evaluating, and developing .
Leadership & Professional Culture
The Leadership & Professional Culture Reader forms the substantive foundation of the program.
Over the course of ten months, we connect the theory from the reader to your own leadership, team dynamics, and organizational practice.
You will not only learn about models, but more importantly how to use them to systematically analyze an organization or team and design appropriate development interventions based on that analysis.
The development modules
Module 1 — Leading from Mastery
Developing awareness across the entire organizational playing field and learning to provide direction based on vision, connection, and results.
Module 2 — Conditions for effective collaboration
Investigate how autonomy, professional culture, shared vision, and responsibility contribute to sustainable collaboration and results.
Module 3 — Organizational & Vision Development
Learn to analyze how content, vision, structure, and culture are interconnected and how to move from the current situation to a desired reality.
Module 4 — Leadership
In-depth study of vision-based leadership, effective leadership, situational leadership, task maturity, and aligning leadership style with the development of employees and teams.
Module 5 — Team Development & Team Dynamics
Learning to observe how teams function, which interaction patterns become visible, and which dynamics influence development, collaboration, or stagnation.
Module 6 — Transition & Transformation
Developing insight into change processes, resistance, and the various phases that people, teams, and organizations go through when the existing reality changes.
Module 7 — Empowerment & Talent
Recognizing potential, qualities, and development needs, and learning how leadership creates space for autonomy, ownership, and optimal contribution.
Module 8 — Communication from Mastery
Learn to use professional communication as a tool for collaboration, culture development, and change. You work with intervention levels, feedback, feedforward, and conversation facilitation.
Module 9 — Script vs. Autonomy
Learn to recognize underlying patterns within collaboration. You explore, among other things, script dynamics, basic positions, psychological games, and the movement towards greater awareness and autonomy.
Module 10 — From Diagnosis to Developmental Intervention
All perspectives from the program come together. Based on an integrated analysis, you learn to determine where the actual development priorities lie and translate these into a workable approach for the team, leadership, culture, and organization.
The Soft Skill Academy as a diagnostic learning environment
An important part of this program is learning to diagnose before you intervene .
Therefore, during the program, you will have access to a test environment within the Soft Skill Academy that you can use within your own team or practice environment.
The Academy helps you not only to observe development information informally, but to collect and analyze it in a structured way.
You will learn, among other things, to look at:
- individual development needs and qualities
- patterns that become visible at the team level
- professional communication and collaboration
- ownership and self-direction
- leadership and development needs
- differences between current and desired situation
- the connection between individual development and team development
In this process, the data is never the endpoint.
They provide input for a broader analysis in which you learn to connect information from various components and levels.
Where do patterns emerge?
Where do discrepancies arise?
Where is the potential?
Where does stagnation arise?
What actually calls for development?
Based on that integrated organizational view, you learn to formulate development priorities and translate them into a targeted approach.
Practice as a learning environment
You don’t learn organizational development just from a book.
Therefore, your own professional practice forms a central learning environment during the ten months.
You bring your own team, organization, or organizational issue and monitor its development throughout the program.
You learn to gather information from different perspectives and organizational levels, recognize patterns, and make visible where dependencies or discrepancies arise between the current and desired situation.
Next, you learn to create coherence between possible interventions.
Not:
a leadership training here.
a team session there.
a cultural intervention somewhere else.
But an integrated development agenda in which interventions contribute to one shared desired result.
In doing so, you develop the ability not only to carry out an intervention, but to actually facilitate a developmental movement .
The program
The Mastery Professional Programme lasts 10 months and combines in-depth study, personal mentoring, practical research, and peer supervision.
10 Mastery Labs in Delft
The mentor group meets for one half-day every month.
During these meetings, we deepen the methodology, work with current organizational and team case studies, and explore the connection between diagnosis, leadership, and intervention.
The Mastery Labs are not traditional class days. The reader, models, and Academy form the substantive basis.
The joint meetings are intended to analyze, practice, explore, reflect, and develop .
10 individual online mentoring sessions
Each participant has a monthly individual mentoring session with Daniëlle Stotijn.
Your own professional development and practical question take center stage in this.
We explore what you perceive, which patterns become visible, where your own leadership is required, and which intervention is appropriate for the development of the system.
5 peer supervision meetings
Every two months, the participants meet independently for professional peer supervision.
The participants bring in current issues and observations from their own practice and learn to examine them from different perspectives.
Reader Leadership & Professional Culture
Throughout the program, you will work with the complete Leadership & Professional Culture Reader, including analysis models, reflection questions, and practical tools.
Soft Skill Academy
You will gain access to a test environment where you can work with your own team on the analysis and development of professional and personal skills.
Our own organizational case study
During the ten months, you work on your own team, leadership, or organizational issue, in which you directly apply the methodology.
