Mastery Program – Coaching & Personal Development
Coaching & Personal Development
From Consciousness to Mastery
Professional coaching requires more than mastering conversation techniques and coaching models.
It requires the ability to understand what is happening behind behavior, emotions, and developmental questions. To recognize patterns, investigate the question behind the question, and guide people from automatic patterns to greater awareness, autonomy, and self-direction.
Within the Mastery Professional Program – Coaching & Personal Development, you learn to guide personal and professional development using the House of Mastery Methodology.
Over the course of ten months, you combine the full Mastery Coach Training with personal mentoring, practical experience, and peer supervision.
You work in a small mentor group of a maximum of three participants. This creates space for personal in-depth study, individual feedback, and intensive guidance on your development as a coach.
Not just learning to coach.
But learning to see what development truly requires.
The House of Mastery Methodology
The House of Mastery Methodology connects psychology, Transactional Analysis, systemic work, consciousness, communication, and coaching into one integrated approach to development.
The development of consciousness and autonomy is central.
By gaining insight into beliefs, emotions, life script, relational patterns, and systemic dynamics, you learn to understand how someone’s current reality originates.
From that awareness, space is created to make new choices, develop potential, and give direction to life and work with greater autonomy.
The development movement central to House of Mastery is:
Consciousness → Development → Transformation → Expression
You learn not only to recognize and guide this movement in others; you also go through it yourself.
Because professional coaching begins with the ability to perceive yourself.
Learning from three perspectives
Yourself
You increase your self-awareness and learn to recognize which beliefs, patterns, qualities, and sensitivities you bring into your interactions with others as a professional.
The methodology
You develop a solid theoretical and practical foundation from the Mastery Coach Training and learn to connect various psychological, communicative, systemic, and coaching perspectives.
The coachee
You apply the methodology throughout the program in guiding your own coachee or practical case.
In this way, a continuous movement is created between learning, experiencing, applying, reflecting, and integrating .
The Mastery Coach Training
Over the course of ten months, you will complete the entire online Mastery Coach Training .
The 18 modules form the substantive foundation of the program. Theory, reflection, assignments, models, and coaching tools are explored in depth and applied to current case studies during the monthly Mastery Labs.

Practice as a learning environment
Knowledge only gains meaning when you learn to apply it.
Therefore, you work with your own coachee or real-life case throughout the program.
You will learn to analyze a development question, investigate the question behind the question, recognize patterns, and determine which intervention is appropriate at which moment.
During the Mastery Labs and individual mentoring, we explore not only what happens with the coachee, but also what emerges in the interaction between coach and coachee.
What do you observe?
What are you missing?
What do you fill in?
What touches you?
When do you steer and when do you follow?
Which patterns of the coachee become visible?
And which of your own patterns can influence your guidance?
This is where the deepening of coaching skills into professional mastery takes place.
The program
The Mastery Professional Programme lasts 10 months and combines independent learning with personal mentoring, practical learning, and joint in-depth study.
10 Mastery Labs in Delft
The mentor group meets for one half-day every month.
During these meetings, we deepen the theory from the training program, practice methodologies and interventions, and work with current case studies from practice.
The Mastery Labs are emphatically not traditional class days. The online course forms the knowledge base. The joint meetings are intended for deepening, application, reflection, and professional development.
10 individual online mentoring sessions
Each participant has a monthly individual mentoring session with Daniëlle Stotijn.
Your own professional development, learning objectives, and current practice take center stage in this.
Individual mentoring offers space to delve deeper into personal patterns, professional issues, and situations from your coaching practice.
5 peer supervision meetings
Every two months, the participants meet independently for peer supervision.
Following a fixed methodology, practical questions, observations, and case studies are examined, and participants also learn from each other’s perspectives and experiences.
Online Mastery Coach Training
Throughout the program, you will have access to the complete online Mastery Coach Training, comprising 18 modules, theory, reflection questions, assignments, models, and coaching tools.
Your own coachee or real-life case study
Throughout the program, you guide your own development trajectory in which you directly apply the learned methodology.
Practical experience thus forms an essential part of your learning process.
Personal and professional development
At House of Mastery, we do not make a strict distinction between the development of the professional and the development of the person.
Whoever wishes to guide others professionally must be willing to examine themselves as well.
Therefore, personal development is an integral part of the program.
You develop your ability to observe consciously, remain professionally present, recognize patterns, and take responsibility for your own influence within the coaching process.
The goal is not for every participant to learn to coach in the same way.
The goal is for you to develop your own style, qualities, and mastery from a solid professional foundation.
For whom?
This program is intended for coaches, trainers, HR professionals, managers, and other professionals who guide people in personal or professional development.
This program is right for you if you not only want to learn coaching techniques, but truly want to understand how development works and how you can professionally guide people in awareness, development, and sustainable change.
Experience with coaching is valuable, but the willingness to reflect on yourself and your own professional conduct is at least as important.
What are you developing?
Upon completion, you will have a broad theoretical and practical foundation for guiding personal and professional development.
You have learned to:
- to recognize psychological, communicative, and systemic patterns
- to investigate the question behind the question
- to analyze development questions from different perspectives
- to recognize life script and automatic patterns
- to develop awareness and autonomy in the coachee
- to select and apply appropriate coaching interventions
- to deal professionally with emotions, resistance, and stress
- to incorporate systemic dynamics into your perception
- to reflect on your own influence within the coaching process
- to guide people in sustainable development from a personal professional style
You have applied the methodology to yourself and within your own practical case for ten months.
But above all, you have learned not to immediately look for a solution or technique.
Observe first.
Then understand.
Then intervene.
From there, you develop your own professional coaching style in which knowledge, awareness, intuition, and methodology come together.
